Grounded in Joseph Pilates’ principles of Contrology, our teaching is delivered with intention, care, and respect for each individual. Our focus is not on trends or performance but on understanding your body’s movements and needs, providing thoughtful guidance. We prioritize education and personalized care, fostering a nurturing space where you can develop strength, confidence, and body awareness.
Meet Tanya! Tanya is the proud founder and owner of POP. She brings two decades of teaching experience to the Plantation community. Her journey began as a performer with a passion for movement and a desire to help others, which naturally led her to Pilates. Over time, Tanya transitioned from a student to a teacher, and eventually to an educator, dedicating herself to the preservation of Pilates. She has invested countless hours in continuing education to enhance her teaching and mentor aspiring teachers through her training and courses. Tanya's primary focus is on understanding the body in front of her, constantly questioning the "why" behind everything for both herself and her students.
A true arts enthusiast, she weaves this passion into every session, whether she is working with advanced students, fellow teachers, perinatal clients, or individuals with physical limitations or injuries. Her vision for POP is to cultivate a welcoming environment for both Pilates students and teachers, fostering learning, community, growth, connection, and inclusivity. A proud resident of Plantation, when she is not immersed in the world of Pilates, you can find her in the kitchen, watching scary movies, doing something musical, going on dates with her husband, or cherishing her most beloved role as a Mama to her two beautiful boys.

Meet Amanda! Pilates started as a part-time job after COVID and quickly became the most important part of her life. Originally Amanda came from a background in restaurant operations and event management, and while working the front desk at a Pilates studio, she fell in love with the Pilates practice and studio life as a whole. That path led her to studio management and eventually teaching, all while staying deeply connected to her own practice.
Now, Amanda handles studio operations for POP and marketing while teaching Pilates, bringing both structure and creativity into the space. Becoming a new mama shifted her focus for a bit, but Pilates has always been her constant.
Outside the studio, you can find Amanda at the beach, trying new restaurants with her husband, or dancing to Billy Joel with her baby boy.

Meet Keisha! Born and raised in Miami Keisha attended magnet dance programs for primary school, and graduated from New World School of the Arts with a BA in Dance. During her tenure she was introduced to Pilates. Years later while teaching aerial arts, she realized the best way to help her students gain better strength, mobility and body awareness was to bring Pilates into their movement regimen. Keisha jumped head first into the Pilates world and fell in love with what it did for her and her students. She believes in not only being a teacher, but also a student and consistently uses education as a chance to enhance her teaching for her clientele. Additionally, Pilates has been one of the few movement systems that has helped keep her scoliosis manageable. Keisha’s favorite thing about teaching is watching the students apply the work in their bodies, and seeing their overall progress as a result of that.
